About MASONTECTURE

Careful work, clear communication and a supervisor on site.

We are civil contractors. We take on new construction, renovation and commercial works, and carry them through from the approved drawings to handover.

Workmanship

We build to the approved drawings and specifications. Each stage is checked before the next one covers it, and work that does not meet the standard is corrected before we move on.

Communication

You have one point of contact for the project. We share progress and upcoming decisions at intervals agreed at the start, and we tell you early when something on site changes the plan.

Site supervision

Work on site is supervised. Stages that are hard to correct later, such as reinforcement and concrete pours, are checked before they go ahead.

What we build

Residential Construction

New homes from foundation to finishing, built to your approved drawings.

  • Masonry, plastering and flooring
  • Plumbing, electrical and finishing works

Renovation and Structural Alterations

Repairs, extensions and changes to existing buildings. Structural changes, such as removing walls, adding a floor or cutting new openings, are carried out only to a qualified structural consultant's design.

Commercial Construction and Renovation

Shops, offices and other commercial buildings, new or existing. Work is planned around site access, timing and, where needed, a building that stays in use.

Interior Execution

Interior work carried out to an approved design: false ceilings, carpentry, tiling, painting and fixtures.

How we work

From first conversation to handover

  1. Initial discussion

    We talk through what you want to build, the site, your timeline and budget range, and visit the site where needed.

  2. Drawings and scope review

    We go through the architectural and structural drawings with you and agree what is included in our work. If drawings are not ready yet, we tell you what is needed.

  3. Estimate and agreement

    We prepare an estimate for the agreed scope. The scope, price and payment stages are written into the agreement.

  4. Construction and progress updates

    Work proceeds stage by stage under supervision. You receive regular progress updates.

  5. Quality review and handover

    We walk through the finished work with you, list anything that needs attention, complete it, and hand over the building.
